Cheap camera, scam.

It says the battery will last 6 months it only lasts a week or so. Camera stopped recording and sending notifications even if you update the ap or reinstall it. This was an absolute waste of money, and a waste of time.

Good Idea, Poor Execution

Well it lasted about a 1.25 years before the battery wouldn't take a charge through the charging port. It appears the plastic around the charging port on the camera had slightly melted/deformed around the port the last time it was charged, which to me could be a potential fire hazard. You can still plug the cable in but it won't charge the battery. This is the wireless/wired version. I ran wires from another door to this unit and it appears to be charging the battery (charged ~5% in ~2 hours). ...

have spent several weeks on the phone and chatting with them to fix my door belll that i order from them online. it does not record the events even when u press the door bell when u try to watch it, it only shows the still images. they have made me several times send them proof that its not working like me being on the phone isnt enough proof or the fact that i have sent so much stuff to them proving that its not working just to hear we will send this to the tech support ill then get an email sa...

Not worth it, even on sale.

I got this on sale and even then, it was a huge disappointment. Initial setup was a pain, it didn't want to connect to the wifi. Once it was set up, it consistently disconnects and wont reconnect (the only device I have that does this). The live video quality is poor, and event videos won't save. About an hour after initial setup, all events just take a still image instead of a video, an issue that's been complained about online for years. And to top it off, I have to pay for shipping for my ret...

Easy set up

I’m no techie but I had it set up and watching on my tv in a few minutes. Was way cheaper than our old Arlo . I only wish the cameras had a wider view.

My new favorite camera!

I have struggled for years now with not having a doorbell or camera and this device was the perfect easy fit for my needs. Super easy and i love having confirmations of visitors and packages. I would highly recommend this device for ease of use and clarity.

No complaints; easy to install, price right, great features. Suggested upgrades. #1. Allow for several chimes to be plugged into outlets around the house, but all connected to 1 doorbell. #2. Make it so the chime unit can also have a 2-Way speaker / microphone to the outside unit

Wireless Doorbell Camera Works Well

The wireless doorbell camera works well, but the other wireless cameras are not as reliable. I have two that only work for a short time before they stop functioning. Roku, would you accept those two in exchange for a different ROKU camera?

Package came with everything you need to install, very easy to do as well, picture is really good, really like that u can speak to who's at ur door or scare off unwanted critters, haha, Great price, thinking of adding a second camera now !!

It lags on the notifications but overall it’s pretty good.

Been using Roku products for 3+ years and pleased with them. However recently purchased battery video doorbell and seems there is no direct fit removable secure mounts available? Had to modify one to fit, Is there one that roku recommends? Great product but not rental property mounting friendly.
