Have been using this camera door bell for 10 years now. Video still looks great and it is still supported by Ring. It is an easy system to use and I suggest it for anyone to set up

Knowing who is at your door

I like the Doorbell Pro because of the ability to record and communicate with the visitor or delivery person. The only issue with the device is connecting to an older chime.

there are many out there but i think ring beats them all. reliable once wired you dont need to put any batteries! no maintenance at all! the camera is very responsive real time video is really good. use the subscription so you can view the history of needed!

DIY installation can be a problem.

Purchase was easy. I planned to use my existing wired chime. That's where I encountered problems. The chime setup was so old it was incompatible with the new wired Ring Pro system. I had to go back and purchase a Ring chime, then hot wire the old setup to provide power to the doorbell. I now have everything working, but setting up zones isn't that easy.
