When we picked up the door it was on a "cart" and the casing looked a little roughed up, I knew it was getting painted to match the rest of my project so didn't feel the need to complain. Delivery went wrong
I specifically asked for a 3:48 PM delivery time which would’ve been 11 AM and that’s because I have to work and they called me at nine saying they were getting ready to deliver. What’s the point of requesting a specific delivery time so I can be home if you’re not going to adhere to it.
