I have owned RADA for many years. The knife sharpener is a must for these knives, it does a quick job, and it is compact. I own two sharpeners. I have several knives and prefer to use them over some of the more expensive sets that I own. These knives for thinner than the usual thick blade knives. I use the chef knife regularly.
