Good While it lasted

Yes I have an older F30. But now, the clamp is loose and does not engage. Rockwell's website does not have a service manual for this unit. I have researched online what might the problem be but there is nothing. I have an off brand multitool that works great. I'm never buying a Rockwell tool again.

It worked perfectly.

I was not used to the vibration of the tool, however it worked perfectly for the projects I needed to get done.

Pick up Extra Blades

Over all I like the tool. It's a little heavy, but for a 3A motor it should have some weight to it. I was very disappointed when the first blade broke, it made a snapping sound like dropping an ice cube in to a glass of warm water, a little crack then a pop. The second blade did not fair any better. Combined I might have gotten 20 minuets of use. Both separated at the welds, or lack there of. I was cutting an oak tree root about a inch in diameter. Got one for myself. My contractor saw it and purchased one for himself immediately. Indispensable. Can’t beat the price. Ten thousand uses.

not going to last

Bought this tool in February of this year used it about once or twice a month usually cutting a straight line on plaster walls cutting through wood lath, cutting through baseboards, under fairly heavy use unit starts to get so hot the rubber on the side melted also the vibration is quite strong when tool is in use that the screws on the bottom side holding it together stripped themselves out no thread left will be purchasing a better tool this is fine for a homeowner

broken after 1 hour

Was sanding for 1 hour. Was changing danding pad and tried to turn back on and nothing. Will teturn to the store. Upset because I realy liked the variable speed

Hot knife through butter...

I am tearing up floors in my house and I needed a tool to get the board out from under the walls and baseboards. I purchased this tool hoping that it would lesson the labor of removing all the wood and it did exceptionally well. I would recommend this tool to strangers as well as friends.

Great item

The oscillating multi tool was a much needed item. I used it to remove the grout (felt like cement) around a toilet. My other tools and a handheld grout remover did not work for me. It took seconds to break through the material.

Powerful

I used the Rockwell Multitool to cut through metal siding and wood soffits. It performed perfectly. Fit well in my hands and was more powerful than I expected. Worth every penny.
