Cheap door made cheaply
Would Not RecommendThe hinges were installed at the factory very haphazardly and when it was installed, the door was not square in the frame. My installer had to take the hinges out, cut the recesses longer and deeper and try to get the screws in straight. Added a lot of labor. Also the little plugs that go in the screw holes around the windows are very difficult to press in flush.

Would RecommendOverall the door was easy to get installed. We painted it to match the shutters. The only issue we had was shaving the door knob hole a little so the door knob I bought could fit.

You would think you pay $79 dollars for delivery that you could add items seeing how it has not been delivered yet. Delivery was a nightmare. They couldn't do the delivery, game me a 2 hour notice they would not show up after I had taken the effort to drive to the delivery location. Then they couldn't locate the item in a store to re-schedule delivery...ect.

Would RecommendThis is a great product, I love it! However, after waiting three hours for services, I was given the wrong size door so my service crew had to cut a larger opening in the doorway to make the door fit. I had to pay extra for this! Still angry but happy with the results.

Would RecommendThis is a very sturdy door. the Prehung frame is strong and easy to install. Leveling and plumbing was simple. Door knob and deadbolt predrills were spot-on and aligned perfectly with Jamb. Packaging protected the product well. Lowe's ordering and help with loading was fantastic.
