It worked great while it lasted... less than 6 months. This is a poor quality product and will break with regular use.

Ah, MUCH better

When you get sciatica, everything hurts. A heating pad is helpful. A heating pad that is comfy, a good size, safe and reliable is essential. PureRelief helped make the recovery a bit better.

keeps breaking-

literally bought this not even 5 days ago, it doesn’t work. it just flashes a red light when plugged in. this is the third deluxe heating pad i’ve had to replace bc of this issue.

Exceptional warranty

I purchased my Pure heating pad 4yrs ago and it has been everything. Last week it quit working and I was heart broken. I called the warranty phone number and received a cheerful voice on the line. His name was Scott, I explained to him how much I have enjoyed this product and he was very reassuring that I could receive a new Pure heating pad under warranty. This heat pad is a joke it only worked for a year, and it only heated mostly on one end I wouldn't recommend this junk

Confused

Please help me to understand why the heating pad is indicating that the power is on with its red light flashing yet when the power button is pressed to turn the heat on nothing happens

Unsafe and quit working properly after a few month

Spent more on this heating pad hoping it would not fail. I did so inside of a few months. Others have reported how the flashing red light stays on without being able to use the different heat settings and also does not turn off the heating pad. Since this is not my problem alone, I am asking the company here to either repair this or send me a new ond.

Super long lasting

I bought this heating pad in 2020 and it still works perfectly every time I pull it out from my closet 6 years later. I use it for cramps, for working at my desk in the winter, for warming up the bed. I love it so much. Never had the blinking light issue yet. And if it does break, I'll problaby just get the same one again. It's that good.

I love this heating pad it’s extra large, soft has great safety features and it’s just all around my favorite brand. It’s perfect for any kind of back, knee, neck injury or just sore muscles in general.

Great deluxe heating pad for a good price

I bought this a week ago and it suits my needs well. I like the low setting as it’s not hot. If I need more heat initially, I trueness it to the second lowest setting for a few minutes until I get the muscle thoroughly warm then put it back to 1 which maintains the heat for up to 2 hours. The material is soft and washable. The cord is long for reaching the bed or couch. I’m very happy with it.

Wonderful and warm

This heating pad is incredible! I could not have gotten through my back flair up without it. I love the aqua color, how big and soft it is, and how warm it gets. I have 3 of them and don't regret it. I cannot recommend this brand enough.

Heats good and fast

Dang .. this heating pad really stinks bad of chemicals! Hopefully smell goes away over time? But also wonder if I’m exposed to bad chemicals. Otherwise it seems to heat up fast and works. It’s just been 2 days of use.

Absolutely awful heating pad and doesn't work

Absolutely awful! I bought the Ultra Wide Micro plush heating pad. Basically, no heat even on setting 6. I did a reset and nothing changed. I returned this one and bought another. This one doesn't work as well. The connection is stuck so far in until I can't get this out to try a reset. I am so unbelievably and incredibly disappointed for having to return the second time. I have very bad ," spinal stenosis and I really needed a heating pad tonight. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Doesn’t work on first use.

Kept this in the top of my closet for whenever I may need it. First time I pulled it out- flashing red light and wouldn’t heat. Googled to find this site to see what I was doing wrong— turns out that light means it doesn’t work. Super fun. Of course I can’t return it because I’ve had it too long at this point.
