Poor Quality

I have had the same problem as many of your reviewers have had, blinking red light. I tried trouble shooting disconnecting cord from pad and reconnecting and this has not worked. Seems to be a frequent problem with this heating pad. Very disappointing.

Heat options, good size, soft, and a long cord. What more could you ask for?! These heating pads have made me loyal customer.

Great features, but not durable

The first one I bought stopped working after a couple of months so I’m on my second one! Now this one has stopped working! I’m so frustrated! I really love the size and softness of this heating pad, but it is not very durable. I do not recommend this heating pad. 😕

Broken in Less Than 6 Months

It worked great while it lasted... less than 6 months. This is a poor quality product and will break with regular use.

Ah, MUCH better

When you get sciatica, everything hurts. A heating pad is helpful. A heating pad that is comfy, a good size, safe and reliable is essential. PureRelief helped make the recovery a bit better.

excellent product, i’m shocked by the recent 1* reviews. i’ve had mine for about 18 months now and use it every day. works the same every time, heats up evenly and well, it’s super soft, and you can put it in the wash. the only time i’ve ever gotten the “F” is while unplugging the cord to put it in the wash; as soon as i plug it back in, it goes back to normal. if you’re seeing that, it probably isn’t plugged in to the pad all the way. i can’t recommend it enough. even if it breaks today i would...

Unreliable

Loved it for about 1 year and now it gives me a blinking ‘F’. This is the second one I’ve purchased that this has happened to. I'm not sure I will buy this brand again. Money does the drain twice.

Quits working in less than a year!

So I purchased this heating pad and the worked great for almost a year then I got a flashing “F” on the control. I emailed the company and after sending them photos, they replaced it no problem, very fast. The second one only lasted less than a year as well and I got the same flashing “F”. I only use these pads in my lap. They do get moderate use, but I don’t understand why they are not lasting less than a year for the price is pretty ridiculous. Flashing F-- maybe 12 uses.

My XL pad is about 1 year old. I have only used it about 10 times for my back. I pulled it out to use it and it doesn't work flashing F. This is a very nice looking and luxurious feeling pad with a convenient long cord but less than a dozen uses is unacceptable performance, for the price it would have been cheaper for me to buy disposable heat pads and I am super disappointed with this product performance.

Barely used, not very old, does not work…

My husband and I were given this heating pad as a Christmas gift a little over a year ago now and have only used it a few times. As many others have already said, I went to use it tonight and soon as I plugged it in, I got the flashing F. I am disappointed this has not worked longer than it has as you would expect more life out of a heating pad that is barely a year old. The quality of the material is good but the quality of the electronics is not which is just too bad.

Disappointingly, the soft fabric is only on one side and the other side is scratchy and unpleasant. What a bummer! Also, it is very small so not sure why it was billed as XL. Another disappointment.

Exceptional warranty

I purchased my Pure heating pad 4yrs ago and it has been everything. Last week it quit working and I was heart broken. I called the warranty phone number and received a cheerful voice on the line. His name was Scott, I explained to him how much I have enjoyed this product and he was very reassuring that I could receive a new Pure heating pad under warranty.
