not durable

I used this item twice. the second time, i started to see cracks in the base. I haven't used it since.

Excellent product that is well made!

This ultrasonic cool mist humidifier is the BEST! Compact, super quiet, easy to use, easy to refill, easy to clean and comes with a five year warranty.

Pleased with this purchase and the 5-year warrenty

I bought this in April 2022 and have found the product to be reliable and as described. I have used it intermittently since I bought it and have been very pleased with the ease and results. For whatever reason, it started leaking and stopped working. When I followed up with the company, they were helpful and explained my next steps to receive a replacement as it was still under warranty. Easy to show the receipt and send a picture. I look forward to receiving the replacement.

Good output

Works great! It does make the floor around it wet on the highest setting so we run it at 60%

Great output, leaky base

Love the humidity output on this thing, but it can’t hold more than a few cups of water before leaking from the base. The top reservoir doesn’t hold any of the water I put in and it’s made quite a mess. Since it can only hold a little water at the bottom, it runs dry very quickly and has to be refilled often. Not happy with all the leaks, but it’s not a complete waste considering how cheap it is.

Great features!

Have used it a couple times and works as intended! Water seems to last a long time in the tank and no other issues!

It's compact and easy to store and shuts off automactically. It doesn't spray a lot of mist.

Great Product / Company

We bought several humidifiers. They work great and are quiet. After four years, one started to have problems. Since it had a five year warranty, we contacted the company. They replaced it free of charge. Customer service was friendly and fast.

Red light?

Not quite sure what is going on. It stops working than a red light turns on. Can anyone help me out? I just purchased this about a couple months ago.

Awesome Humidifier!

We received this humidifier as a baby gift for my second child. We had tried a different brand with our first born and this one was so much nicer! First, it’s whisper quiet-huge plus! We have been using this humidifer for the past 2 years for our child until we recently started to experience an issue. First of all, the humidifier is great but what's even better is the customer service. We received a quick and efficient response (over the holiday, too!), and highly satisfied at how they resolved the issue.

Good humidifier.

Runs quietly and produces plenty of humidity. However, it shuts off around 2 hours later despite having a full tank. Not sure if mine is faulty but it’s frustrating waking up to a dry room.

I am pleased with the amount of humidity that this machine outputs and how quiet it is while it's running.

When it works it’s great, but longevity not so mic

I am once again having issues with my humidifier. Last year when I went to turn it one it was making an odd sound and it was something I couldn’t fix. They sent me a replacement as I had only had it a year. For the new one in March 2022. I’ve kept up with the scale and build up but it now will not release any mist. I see the bubbles but nothing comes up. I cleaned it well today and still nothing tonight.

Pros and Cons

This is a fairly compact, easy to use humidifier with a good range of adjustment for moisture level. I was gifted this humidifier two years ago and happily used it for about 4 months each year during the winters.
