Would RecommendI needed this to enable installation of an aftermarket shower rail kit, to allow positioning of the rail on the wall to avoid protruding decorative tile. I wound up reversing the arm - I installed it with the short section into the wall instead of the long section - to get the shower rail positioned properly. It worked fine. The arm has a good quality finish and matches the finish of the rail.
