i have bought total of 3 , bought this one beginning of March already leaking .

Faucet started leaking after a couple of months. customer service never sent replacement part. Do Not Buy this product.

IT HAS A LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH DURING INSTALLATION AND INSTALLING THE KNOBS AT THE END, WAS THE ICENING I ON THE CAKE 💯 NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, IT LOOKED GREAT USING THIS PRODUCT WAS EASY TO INSTALL, GOOD PRICE AND THE FAUCET WORKS GREAT. DEFINITELY 2 THUMBS UP 👍👍

But the conversion large nuts to attach the PVC

The water converter is much smaller than the original in my tub. It did not come with the two connections that attaches the PVC piping from the water input to the copper/steel piping of the tub outet so I have to spend another $50 dollars to make the system a working project.

leaky valve

One month after installation shower started dripping water from the spout. the cold side valve is leaking. I am currently waiting for customer service to reply to my request for a replacement valve. Product looks nice and was easy to install.

I’m sure it’s great

Didn’t get to use this really nice set in my shower unfortunately. I have older home and replacing stuff inside wall behind my tile would not be an option for this. It’s so nice looking though that’s why I chose it. But I have to return. Bummer.

Horrible product and Warranty

My plumber bought and installed this in May 2023. In January 2024, it started leaking hot water from the faucet. My plumber put a warranty claim in February 2024 as it was less than a year old when it failed. Never heard from Lowe's or got any replacement parts. I called 3 times and was told they had no record of my plumber putting in a warranty claim, so I put the claim in. It is now July and still no parts. Installed with new plumbing a year ago. The hot water side is now at a steady drip. Need to replace this already.

Started leaking immediately

Bought this as it was the only 3-handle set up available, and immediately after installation it started leaking from the cold tap. A plumber came and took it apart, and basically said that it was a cheap and poorly made product, and there was nothing he could do short of replacing with the same parts and hoping the new ones didn't fail. What's the point of selling a product that fails immediately?

Bought for parts because last one failed

Unfortunately, I just bought a replacement shower faucet to use for parts since the same one I bought a couple years ago has already started failing. The rubber piece inside the diverter pipe went bad and water was leaking through the diverter resulting in half the water coming out of the tub spout even when being fully diverted to shower. I tried getting a replacement part by calling in but you have to have your receipt. No option to just purchase the replacement part. What a shame. The pr...
