What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed reception, with some customers finding the lights to be bright, energy-efficient, and easy to install, while a significant number reported reliability issues such as flickering, blinking, and complete failure of the LED components within a year or less of use. The long-term durability of the light fixture appears questionable based on the reviews.

Would Not RecommendWe built a house in 2015 and we went with these lights for hallway and laundry room these were advertising as lasting a long time but the one in the laundry room used very little, the driver board went out with only being in service for less than 10 years something I did not expect I would be replacing them this soon
Too short of life, not able to replace parts
Would Not RecommendLasted 4 years on a non-dimming switch. Rarely used this fixture. All components are rivited together. Has a good color...closer to 3000k when it was supposed to be 2700k
Briefly great ...
Would Not RecommendI liked the looks so much that I bought two. I had the same experience as others only neither of these fixtures lasted a year and they were in low use rooms. I understand that the cheap driver is what fails but I can't find that driver available. Okay - if they don't last, I don't want that driver anyway, but I can't find a replacement driver with the right numbers that will fit in this small profile. I won't buy this brand again and will now buy just one at a time.
Worked great 2-1/2 years
Would Not RecommendWorked great until it started to flash after it heated up.
Strobing
Would Not RecommendIve had it for 5 years and it started strobing a year ago. Super annoying because you have to replace the whole thing.
PRODUCT FAILIED
Would Not RecommendThis product has a 5 year warranty but none of the 3 I purchased lasted that long.
PRODUCT FAILED
Would Not RecommendWhen the product fails, it acts like a strobe light. I bought both the 11 inch and 13 inch for my kitchen. They have a 5 year warranty and all 3 have failed.
Works great - initially
Would Not RecommendI too bought 2 13” lights for bedrooms. One went out. There’s a faint glow in the center ring of LEDs. They have been there a couple of years. Definitely switching brands for the replacement.
Avoid these lights
Would Not RecommendLight failed after 3 years 1 month. Forgot there was no bulb to change. Now I have to replace the whole light fixture. Can't wait for the other 7 I have to do the same thing....
Poor Product Performance
Would Not Recommend1 star for appearance only. Do not waste your money on this product. I purchased the two pack and one of the lights quit working within a few months. Of course I did not use my credit card and paid cash and tossed the receipt so I will not be getting a refund.

Just doesn't last
Would Not RecommendI doubt there was even 1000 hours on this fixture-

Dies very soon
Would Not RecommendIt died within a year and I don't know how to replace it. I am very annoyed about dealing with what is basically a hardwired lightbulb.

after about a year, light started blinking
Would Not RecommendWe loved it until it started blinking on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off, ... until we turned the light switch off. I checked the connection, but it was fine. I'd avoid this fixture.
Flickering after 3 years
Would Not RecommendBought in late 2015, used this as a hallway light with limited use, the whole light now flickers and I will be replacing with something else with better reviews. LED should have lasted much longer than this!
Didn't last
Would Not RecommendBought this thinking that it would last years... boy was I wrong. Installed in a short term rental unit so it's only occupied about 1/2 of the days... fixture began blinking on an off after two years of use. Wiring was okay so it must be the LED Driver that is going bad. Unfortunately I've got another one just like this one in the bedroom. Guess I'll be replacing that one soon. Don't waste your money on these. Buy a fixture that will take an LED bulb instead.
Not Reliable
Would Not RecommendNew Construction - moved into house May 2015. Purchased 7 of these units. 2 went bad in just over a year. Lowe's replaced both. Now a 3rd one is malfunctioning (like a strobe light). 3 out of 7 is a 43% failure rate. Very concerned. But now the warranty is out (only 3 year warranty) so it is my cost unless Lowe's decides to replace it anyway. At this rate, it will never be possible to reap the suggested energy savings. As much as I like the LED lighting, right now I am very concerned about how...

Unreliable
Would Not RecommendI have the exact same experience as many reviewers...works fine for a year and then not. The light comes on, when the heat inside the unit goes up a little the light fails. Turn off switch, cool down, repeat.
Has failed in less than 2 yrs. Can't change bulb!
Built a new home and installed several of these. Look great. Went with LED to save on electricity. But after about 18 months, light started blinking on and off. That is when we realized that there were no bulbs to change! So the money we saved on electricity now gets to go to Lowes! We feel sure we didn't save THAT much. So, going with LED costs us more in the long run than an old fashioned incandescent light. So much for progress!
