Mailbox and numbers were both sturdy and beautiful. Love it!

Adds the missing touch

I purchased this mailbox to replace an existing mounted mailbox that let water in all the time, was rusted and not as nice looking. The cubby unit adds a nice modern touch, seems durable and is sturdy. I'd recommend this unit.

Well Worth The Money

The cubby mailbox looks incredible on the front of our home. It is extremely well made with a heavy, sturdy feel to it. The magnetic numbers are the perfect touch. It is a beautiful addition to our front porch. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Well made

Well made wall mount mailbox. Only complaints would be the magnet that holds the door closed is very strong and has no padding so every time it closes makes a loud bang. Had to put in some rubber to soften. There's also no convenient way to attach outgoing mail or alert the mailman of outgoing mail so I had to buy a separate outgoing mail flag.

Great product, Other improvement needed

The mailbox itself is very nice quality, however my gripe is with installation instructions. A copy of the template or any other instructions is not provided. The version that can be printed at home is not scaled to an 8x11 sheet of paper that a typical household would have on hand. Due to the size of the product, the scaling of the template makes sense, but it not being provided adds a hurdle for installation. There were no other instructions included, not even a note to say that a template/vid...

Good quality box with some major issues

This is a beautiful high quality mailbox. Unfortunately, the lock installed wasn’t functional at all, as it didn’t fit the space. I had to remove it and replace it myself with another lock that fit even though I paid for the lock. Additionally, this box should include mounting instructions and template printed. The video online that it links to is not for this box and the template it links to needs to be printed on your own. For this price point, this shouldn’t be the case.

Design Flaw Lets Rain In

There is a gap at the top of the door that allows rain to enter I added weather stripping to address the issue but itx27s disappointing that this design flaw exists
