I’ve bought this for two different houses. Always got the plug so it’s attached to the outlet, worked perfectly and don’t have to worry about changing batteries. So easy to use Now trying to find it in Europe as I’ve moved again

Stay away!

Id give it 0 if that was an option! Terrible faucet - awful solenoid valve design. It won't turn off when running hot water. After 3 minutes, it will time out and turn off...or turn it to cold. I'm on my 3rd valve. It works fine for a few months and then back to not working correctly.

Excellent and attractive kitchen faucet

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've had two of these now in two different houses. The most recent I've had for 3 years with absolutely no problems. Very attractive and great flow and spray is contained. Love the pause button on the sprayer as well.

Don't waste you time on this

Not recommended. Within 1 year. Sensor does not work. 2 years into it, the soap pump was replaced, sensor replaced 3 times. Just filed another warranty for the 4th time. I kept changing batteries, thinking is the weak battery. I am convinced my batteries are fine, just short lived sensor that goes out every 6-9 month. My spray button no longer works. Only way to release the spray is to turn it off or pull the button back up. I bought this because it is life -time warranty - - expecting...

Don't buy

Sensor stops working after a couple of years. Tried to use their "bypass" method but you still have to turn on the water with the sensor. The nozzle also slowly comes unscrewed over time. It's a constant battle of troubles with this awful faucet.

Complete garbage

Be prepared for the aerator to last under 1 years, and then replace again soon after.

We changed our faucet in 2022 Summer, it’s been a year and paint coating came off. Now we have to change our faucet again. NEVER USING PFISTER AGAIN!!!!!!

Getting the fourth sensor for this Fossett in year

This is the fourth sensor that we put in and the last three years. I know it has a lifetime warranty but this is ridiculous. It’s time for a different kitchen sink faucet. My parents have a different brand and theirs is a touch and they haven’t had any problems.

Quality faucet

Metal brushed nickel body, does not leave fingerprints. Touchless sensor for easy operations. Classic style that fits a modern kitchen.

Bad design

Don’t buy this faucet. And save your sanity. Two design flaws: 1. has a notch that needs to fit in faucet dock. This never happens on its own, you will have to guide it EVERY time, 2. The weight is not affixed to the hose, so even though the weight is quite heavy, there is not enough weight to pull the faucet hose back up or seat in the above mentioned notch. ARGH!!!

Sensor does not function properly and is common.

The sensor stopped working 5 minutes after plumber let. I called Pfister and they are sending a new control box--who knows how I will install it. Otherwise faucet works like a faucet. Just didn't get what I paid for.

Issues

We had this installed several years ago. We loved the look and it performed will. The buttons get stuck and need to be pulled out with your finger nails. Then one day the lever wouldn't move to turn the water on. After a bit, I took off the handle with an allen wrench and noticed that the dome like part that the handle goes into hadn't moved so the handle was stuck. I adjusted it so the handle could move and tightened again with the allen wrench. I have had to do this pretty regularly.I think ...

No hot water, button sticks, "lifetime" warranty l

Pfister LIES. Their "lifetime" warranty is for ONE year. One year!! Calling that a lifetime warranty should be illegal. The buttons stick, and we no longer get hot water coming from it (dishwasher and other faucets are fine). I guess Pfister thinks you should replace their faucets every year, and pay them for the privilege. I will never buy anything Pfister again, period, it's a fist up your you know what.

i purchased this faucet 6-7 years ago and had a problem they covered it under warranty and had another problem faucet qont turn on unless you play qith handle for awhile and when researching it i found they had this problem for years and still haven't fixed it just cover it under warranty and I'll be without a faucet for 5-7 days while the send the part. are you kinding me. i throw it out and went to a different brand. research your faucet reviews before purchasing i know you can only take a fac...

Raya Black single handle kitchen faucet

This is a great Fossett. Great size. It is the perfect black, it was not to Matt and it works with all of the other black Decour we have.
