Only used it 3 times. The cover brackets completely rusted and started to chip off. Company tried to sell me a new cover for 40 bucks. Poor quality. Do not buy

We bought this cooler for
We bought this cooler for our patio and it looked great - until we noticed that the drain plug was damaged. We contacted customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They sent us a new drain plug and we were able to install it easily. However, we're a little disappointed that the cooler was damaged in the first place. But overall, the customer service was good and the cooler looks great.
