An absolutely Wonderful DIY set

While this combo might lack some of the punch of a Bosch or Dewalt set, it is a wonderful set at a very modest price. If you aren't a full time construction worker this set will do all you need and then some. I've had mine for 6 months now and they work wonders, drives 3" deck screws without predrilling. Don't break the bank when these will exceed your expectations!

Can't Believe They're Still Going

I beat the tar out of these things almost every day. I have used them to drill, screw, fasten all sorts of things for going on 3 years now. I own a cabinet refinishing business and disassemble and reassemble multiple kitchens a week, on top of the extra stuff I've built with them driving in hundreds of 3" screws into studs. Great Tool

I've owned this impact driver for over 2 years now and it's almost indestructible. its fallen off roofs, been left in the rain and driven in countless lag bolts without missing a step. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this driver.

The good don't last

Good over all tool but I only got two yrs out of it with medium use mostly weekend warrior stuff

PC Impact Driver 1/4 hex with 3/8 extension

Amazing!!! I used this tool when I was replacing a few parts on my vehicles suspension. I bought the 3/8 extension with the 1/4 hex to use on my Porter Cable Impact Driver I was happy how fast and easy it was to remove bolts with the 3/8 socket, amazing how strong and how it handled the job. I'll be using my porter cable whenever I need to work on my car again.

Great tool

Can't believe I waited so long to buy one of these. Just built a small deck and this impact driver made lite work of it. The 20v battery lasted a long time. Very pleased with this product.

Great power, small size

After only a couple of weeks, this tool is becoming my "go to" wrench. Very handy and easy to use. Charges really fast and the two batteries make it even more convenient. I had to order a metric and SAE socket set, plus a 1/4, 3/8, & 1/2 adapter for my other sockets (in case I need an extension). Be sure to order the attachments with the grove in the shaft so they won't slide out in use. Both these sets were less than $20 on Amazon.

Best Gift for my son

He's always wanted a Impact driver and he needed one ,now that he's beginning to do some of his own house repairs. And for me, the price was right!!

Worked great but today just stopped working had it for maybe two months batteries fully charged just won't do anything not worth the money

Stay away

Bought the porter cable impact batteries lasted about 2 months. A friends impact lasted 6 months. Bought a kit separate , saw locked up and batteries went bad within 6 months. The only positive that I can say is it will hammer just won't last.

Fantastic Tool for the Price

Wanted to get a drill/driver to help me with building a 7'x14' covered front porch. So far this has been fantastic! It's made my job a whole lot easier. Put a corrugated metal roof on this morning and it drove the screws through it with ease. It also handled the 1/2" lag bolts for the supports with no problem. For the price you can't go wrong! Great tool Porter Cable! And it comes with 2 batteries.

Power & Comf

Great driver! Awesome power! I'm a big diy guy and use my dogs a lot. I also have severe carpal tunnels the moment. One reason I chose the Porter Cable over Ryobi, Rigid and others was the handle comfort. It has the best handle on my book when it comes to comfort. The power of this guy is awesome as well!

Great impact driver

Good torque, battery life, well weighted. I like the magnets on the top to hold bits or screws. After buying a set of driver bits and drill bits, I doubt I will ever use a drill again.

Scraptacular!

I break down mountains of condemned Air Conditioning units for scrap. The Porter Cable 20 v cordless drill is amazing. Fits in tight spots, breaks loose weathered and rusted nuts and screws. I have used many cordless drills over the years and this lil Porter Cable is for the win! If you need a drill that works as hard as you do, this one won't disappoint!

Total awesomeness!!!

Rips the heads off cheap screws and gets the job done in a fraction of the time! Has become our favorite tool in the tool box! Extremely powerful, battery lasts about 6hrs of non stop use. Very compact and easy to hold.

I use this impact at my job doing mechanic work and have not ran into any problems with it yet it does better than my snap on battery impact

Excellent driver tool

This tool is a GREAT tool!. It is relatively light weight, comfortable to use, providing lots of power from the RED batteries but can be controlled with the variable trigger as to not twist off screw heads & it is very well made. I have used it to drive several pocket screws to make a 6' mantle and the battery lasts a lo-o-n-g time!
