Saved a White Sweater

I’ve had a container of this for years, but saving a white cardigan made me write this review. There was a huge laundry OOPS and a white, knit cardigan ended up in the machine with new, dark denim jeans. We all know how badly dark denim runs, so no surprise to see the sweater was a horrible, splotchy mess. We caught it before going into the dryer, & mom told me to immediately grab oxiclean powder, dissolve it in a bucket of cool water, soak the sweater for a while, squish the water out, then mak...

used to be great, now, absolutely useless

I don't know if these guys changed the formula, but i've been using Oxiclean regular for years, and it's gotten out every stain!!! I'd soak laundry in hot water for a few hours or overnight, and every stain would come out, even red rhassoul clay! But I just returned my second box back to the store....I'm not going to pay for a product that is not doing its job, it can't even get the rudimentary stains out, like some dirt on socks..... Stains white clothes blue

Do not use - it stains white clothes blue. Wasted money on this product and now I have to spend money to replace the clothes.

Carpet saver!

My mom is 93 and shakes quite a bit. Unfortunately we have coffee accidents alot. I was struggling and struggling with carpet cleaning products that just didn't get the coffee up. Light bulb moment...why haven't I tried oxi yet. Sure enough it worked. Sometimes I can put it on and just blot it up and Sometimes I have to pretreat with it then use our carpet scrubber. The results are great. Next I'm tackling counter top stains.

Bring Old Linens Back to Life!

I have been using OxiClean to clean and restore vintage linens for sewing into bereavement sets and zippered bags. Soaking 6 hours and sometimes overnight—then machine washing—has had amazing results! Some of the linens look new again.

Where are the Pods?

I usually buy Oxyclean Pods but I have been able to fine them in any store this fall. So I bought a small container of powder. I took me 20 minutes to get lid off. Then to locat scoop which I could not get out of the powser since the scoop end was at the bottom of the container. No Avery happy Customer. Can any one tell me where to purchase Oxyclean Pods?

Easy to use, cleans clothes much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely keeps whites white! Also helpful on colors. I actually recently found another use for this from a blog. I was having trouble getting stains out of some baby clothes. I boil water, let it cool, add oxiclean and mix, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then, dump clothing and water into washing machine and wash as normal. It got some pretty set stains out that way!

Always have some on hand

Good product

Strong Bleach

Affordable

This works big time

A very great product
