damaged chair
When I received my patio set I couldn't get any satisfaction from customer service. One of my chair leg was damaged. I asked for a replacement the same day. I was told to call manufacturer. I did and no one answered after 4 calls. Lowes said I would be refund $50. I have bought carpet, stove, refrigerator and paint over 2 years. No one has reached out to me. I think this is bad customer service

Great quality for the price
Everything is nice and great quality for the price. Comfy to sit in. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because screws easily stripped so it was tougher to put together than it looks.

Extremely Disappointed
Would Not RecommendOf course, what did I expect for the price? Quality is low, but pushing that aside, it’s a chore to try to put together. It literally took me 3 hours to put one chair together with that small Allen wrench they give you and nothing lined up. Very disappointed. The remaining chair, table and loveseat are sitting in my driveway, not put together. I’m too frustrated to give it another number of hours to attempt the almost impossible. I would return it if I was able to get it to the store!
