Rug is beautiful, soft and thick. The best part is it doesn't smell like chemicals like other rugs I've purchased that made me feel ill. And it arrived early

Not true to size

The listing measurements are 4x6'. Actual measurements are 4x5' 9". About 3 inches short. Slightly disappointed as I have to cut down the rug pad to match.

Disappointed

I was so excited and took a chance and ordered a rug that was over my budget but was very disappointed when it arrived. My rug showed up without any protective covering and was left laying on the concrete porch. It was discolored and full of dirt and leaves unfortunately and I was told there was nothing they could do since I got free shipping. Super unfortunate that this rug is super light colored and they didn’t ship it with any protective covering. I will be returning and ordering elsewhere.
