Would Not RecommendI have purchased 6 of these timers ranging from a year to 2 years ago. I bring them in the house when watering season is over to avoid freezing. I attach the timer to impact sprinkler units (3) and move them around. When one fails to shut off reliably, I buy another. They do get wet and slighly muddy sometimes sitting on the lawn. They are meant to do so, but none of my timers ever made it through two seasons. I suspect that's an intentional design strategy.
