bad job by Lowes customer service
This review is entirely about Lowes customer service for the shop online and pick up in store service. The team picked out an already used item that had been cleverly repackaged to resell it to me. Unfortunately I did not notice the clever repackaging until I got home. I had to drive back to the store to get it exchanged. What a waste of my time, all thanks to poor customer service. This is a very poor reflection on the store manager for not training employees properly.

poor customer service for in store pick up
Would Not RecommendI picked up the item via the in store locker pick up. When I got home I discovered that the item had already been used and clearly returned. It had batteries in it and was left in the on position. For how long? Who knows? I had to take it back for replacement. I am appalled that this was done for an online shopping experience. This reflects very poorly on the manager of this store, for not training staff properly.
