Stopped working after 1 year
Would Not RecommendTimer would not shut off the water. Valve stuck in the open position after 1 year. Trying to contact Orbit for replacement. I'll update review if customer service responds.

Easy and Efficient
Simple to install and ease of programming it
Product died after 13 months. Replaced battery and still not working. After 20 minutes the batteries started to Overheat and were starting to split the outer wrapper. I’m sure if I had not removed the batteries from the timer they would’ve started a fire.

Shipped wrong item and too few as well
Would Not RecommendShipped a different item, I ordered 6 irrigation timers and received only 4 of a different model. The web site does not present an option for a return, guess I will need to Tuskegee them to the local Lowe’s. Lousy Customer service! I had to give it one star or else it would not accept this review! Should be a negative star or two!
