Great but the phone anchor broke down

I bought it and I’ve been really happy. A part the anchor does skews the case but I can live with that. Now the fabric on the anchor broke, I can’t seem to find a replacement bit. Can you help? Anyway for a more solid one? I’m about to go 5 months in the mountains and don’t want to lose my phone.

Don’t waste your money

Hitch® Phone Anchor + Tether SKU: HPAT-01-R7 This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made. It is extremely difficult to put on and take off, and the design hurts my fingers every time I try to use it. It’s frustrating, uncomfortable, and honestly not worth the hassle at all. I really regret buying it and would not recommend it. Save your money and look for something easier and more user friendly.

4 out of 4 did not work

we purchased 2 of theses and 1 worked and the other 1 would not cut on. the 1 that worked went dead after about 15 minutes. It would work very short periods of time. returned the 1 that would not work and got another 1 and it will not come on along with a 4th one we tried. defective!!

4 will not work

we purchased 2 collars and 1 would not come on and the other 1 the battery dies quickly. Returned the one that did not come on and ordered a replacement and it will not come on either! Another trip to return it now!

great concept

this is our 2nd one of these. The first failed after many years of hard use by our golden retriever. I'm excited to replace it with an exact copy. love that it changes colors and love that it's rechargeable

Great for keeping your phone attached to you.

The system works great. The tag is thin enough that it does not get in the way of a charging cord and strong enough to trust it while flyfishing in the middle of a river.

Works like a charm!

I needed this 2 years ago! Works like a charm. I clip it to the belt loop on my pants and drop my cell in the side cargo pocket. Perfect. Safe. Secure.

Just what I needed

I use this to reduce the risk of my phone dropping (for example when traveling to see a waterfall, don’t want to drop it over the railing!) and also against pickpocketing. Works excellently

Cool Lighting/Poor Attchment

I was excited to get this light for my dog. It is (was) bright and attractive. Unfortunately, it fell off and was lost after two weeks. I won't buy one again and will warn others.

Cell is always attached

I’ve used this tether for years. It’s essential also for traveling while keeping phone safely connected to pocketbook straps or loops on jeans.

what no cable??

This is a great product, or it was until I realized it didn't come with a cable. Now it's dead. I'm sad.
