It's just too loud.

It's just too loud and motor makes noise that is very uncomfortable to the ears.

The smaller cups stripped out-I’ve bought 3 cups and they all strip out faster a few uses. And the lids are hard to screw on! Don’t buy this!!

Do better Ninja

The precision bowl broke - now I see everyone is having issues with it. Make a better product! Pretty sure the reason you don't have this piece available is because they keep breaking. I guess I'll have to switch brands - I can't wait for you to get this piece in. If I have to buy a new unit it will NOT be a Ninja.

Faulty product

Brand new and a faulty product. Sounds like I’m grinding metal and there are loose parts in the base.

I’ve been using this product for a while now It’s become a staple in my kitchen. It blends really smoothly and handles everything from batters to milkshakes and smoothies. I love that it comes with multiple attachments so that I don’t have to rush to wash one and also have versatility in size. I highly recommend for anyone. The noise is quiet, which is really helpful in the morning to assure that I don’t wake up. Anybody in the house. Also, assembly is super quick.

Looks great on counter and POWERFUL

This blender really is perfect for those after workout protein smoothies. No chunks, fully smooth smoothie just the way I like it. I cannot recommend this blender more. I will be trying to make soup next!

Bought this at Christmas. Still working great but I was super disappointed that there was not a shredder blade with the processor

Do Not Buy

I would not buy this product. After three years, just like everyone elses on this page, my 64 oz. Precision Processor Bowl fell apart on the bottom, it actually snapped off. I use this to chop lots of things and worked great. They only have a 1 year warranty on this which is crazy to me as a company who only puts a one year warranty on their product means they don't believe in their product.

Broken easily

The dough pítcher broken and the pro extractor blades broken and makes a lot of noise. Very expensive and no good warranty

Another reliable ninja product

I had a bit of a learning curve, figuring out how to put the lid on it first to start the machine, but once I figured that out, I was really impressed with the power and speed of the blades. I can make smoothies that are perfectly blended with no chunks in almost no time. Ninja never fails.

I love that Ninja will literally blend ANYTHING like a ninja ! We have almost everything Ninja. Only one downfall is once put in dishwasher the sizing of the shake container seems to change and now I’m struggling to twist the lid with the blades and I do create Kachava content and need it to be opening.
