Don't Get the Negative Reviews?

I'm just a DIYer and had zero issues installing this kit. Hung a 36" solid core door (extra heavy) and it slides like glass. It was obvious how it was supposed to go together and I'm an idiot (despite the Master's degree). Don't get the problem.

Only used the upper roller track.

Aluminum thick upper track. Four wheeled rollers.

The instructions and the hanging hardware are TOTALLY DIFFERENT. The hardware comes in pieces and you have to figure it out. There are other reviews regarding the terrible instructions and these dummies respond with a link to their YT page with NO VIDEOS on pocket door instructions. I guess I will buy another hardware kit for the door and hope it works in the track for this garbage.

Worst Install Instructionss Ever

These are some of the worst install instructions ever. Too small to read with some type of magnification. Vague and lacking pertinent information and the illustration diagram is useless. Can't even find a good on-line video to watch to be sure you are installing it correctly, correct rough opening, where to measure from to make the correct cuts. Just poorly done, but you made sure to get at three languages included making the print and illustrations that much smaller.

broken clips

kit went in fine but in the process of removing the door the locking rings broke on both rollers, what a poor design.

Smooth gliding and somewhat doable install

Door glides extra smooth and allowed me to act like I meant to place my vanity where the swinging door wouldn’t close in the bathroom.

Assembles easily and great price.

It worked exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble and glides really smoothly. I recommend this product. It’s about half the price of one already assembled.

instruction measurements

trying to plan framing for installion before buying, but instructions from your on-line site do not add up. Sketch says rough opening 2x door width + 5 1/4. Yet the two sub-dimensions below have 2 parts eaxh saying door width + 1 1/8". Where did the other 3" go?

Wrong parts in kit

We got to the part of the installation where we were ready to hang the door and found out we had the wrong parts in our kit. The rollers that came with our kit do not fit the track. They're a good 1/8" to big for the rail. I'm not sure which is wrong but being we've already cut and installed the frame so there's no returning it now.
