I used this on a gate and it rusted immediately. Otherwise it's a nice heavy and good looking latch.

Inaccurate, missing dimensions

The dimmensions for this product were inaccurate and missing. Also your app said you had 4 on hand - you must have had none because you had to bring one in, which took a week. I may return it, may just keep it for future use.

Goid quality, not heavy duty

Great latch. We used it outdoors for a garden gate. Not super heavy duty but gets the job done.

Eye Hook, Black

Solid, works great for small area. I used it on my barn door to my bedroom. Slides fine without hitting wall. I plan on getting another for bathroom.

We installed this and what a perfect fit! The install was very easy, just a few screws and there you go! Also, it is well made and does not feel like it will break or come unscrewed. good-looking, sturdy, smooth latch

I wanted to get a simple hook and eye for my barn door. This was just the thing I needed. It matches the oil-rubbed bronze of my door's existing hardware, and to my pleasant surprise (I was slightly worried it would feel cheap or rough and unsanded) it was smooth to the tough with no sharp defects.

Easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this privacy hook on a project I was working on for my kids. I got a piece of wood and attached a bunch of different latches and locks on it. The point of it is to teach them hand / eye coordination. This privacy hook was great for this project because it was bigger than most others I've found so it was easy for my kids to handle. It was also each for them to latch and unlatch by themselves.

Durable hook
