It worked for me just fine and it was easy to install. My house is 80 years old and so are the windows so I wanted extra support. The only thing that is wrong is it leaves a bigger gap at the bottom due to the support frame. I just stuffed the gap with foam and sealed it with waterproof tape. the product was used, bent, and missing foam insulation. if I would have been sent a new product im sure it would have worked perfectly.
