Would RecommendThis is a very nice grill. I've used it a few times since it arrived, and I like the way it cooks our food. Lowes offered free assembly and delivery which made the purchase easy. Coming home and seeng it already on my back porch was a delight.

Disappointed in the Quality of Materials
Within the first 6 months have had multiple items fail, rust, and corrode all while fully covered by a Napoleon waterproof cover and with once a week use. Pretty disappointing for a supposedly quality product.

Had to get another Napoleon
As I was a previous Napoleon BBQ purchaser, when the time came to replace my Napoleon Legend with a newer model, I was thrilled to find the Freestyle 365 on sale at my local retailer. It was a no brainer purchase and based upon things so far, I definitely made the right decision

Not Easy to Maneuver
Overall, it meets my BBQ needs. However, it lacks swivel casters. That makes it inconvenient to move or reposition. Also, the door's magnetic closing doesn't keep the door closed. It pops open with the slightest movement.

The base of the grill is a flimsy piece of junk. The door won’t stay shut because it’s not hitting the magnetic latch. My wife talked to someone online and they said it is supposed to be that way. Very disappointed with this grill!
