Typically we buy the big cumbersome bags of salt that are messy to open up and unload into the softener. These bars are large, NOT messy to unlead, and fit nicely in the water softener. Better yet, they did the job as promised - no rusty water marks, and silky soft water! Definitely recommend.

How does the price make sense to anyone?
Would Not RecommendYou have to buy two of these at $7.48 for a total of $14.96 to equal the same amount of salt in one regular bag that costs $8.98. You lose $5.98 by buying the waves.
