Would RecommendI really wasn't expecting much. I have a finished ceiling with a popcorn texture to it, and no access above, so I needed some raceways to get speaker wire across the ceiling. Wasn't sure it would even adhere to the surface given the texture. Turns out - worked like a charm. I assumed I'd have to buy additional 2 holed U shaped bracket hangers to attach and hold them to the ceiling - but turns out that adhesive worked like a charm and did just the trick.
