Automatic, Convenient and Messy

We really enjoy the convenience of the touch free but it comes with its own issues. One, we have a cat and the cat can walk by the sensor and turn the water on. Two, the spray nozzle is very wide and it kinda makes a mess on the counter when spraying dishes. Its battery’s seem to last a decent amount out of time compared to other brands we’ve owned.

Everything is good with faucet except the neck wiggles a tiny amount.

Sensor is a good idea but fly-by-wire is not

We've had a Bio Bidet facet for a decade and having a hands-free faucet in the kitchen is amazing. We attempted to replace it with this Moen but upon installation and setup the water was flowing through it even though the handle was in the "off" position. Moen's support diagnosed a bad "control box" with no replacement available for at least a month. You won’t use the sensor as much as you think

We thought the sensor would be a neat feature but it’s just annoying. Anytime we wipe the counters behind the sink or get soap we activate it.

Poor installation

I hope this isn't the way Lowes wants their sale and instalation to turn out. After the serviceman left we started to put back all the washing products anyone would normally store under a sink. And what we found was the wire to the battery pack for auto on off of the faucet entangled with the pull-down hose. I pulled it away to clear it from the hose and snapped this picture and then had to-do the best I could to get the wire, (I'm 87yrs old and secure above all the pipes and hoses and out of Ha...

We love this faucet. We were not looking for a touchless faucet, however this happened to be the one we liked the most and it came with a soap dispenser which we also wanted and liked the look of. Easy installation, too. The touchless feature is so easy to use, super handy, and we like it so much more than we thought we would.
