Problem to install to the shower arm

The mesh rubber gasket is too small and leaks.

Plastic connector snapped off in about a year

The showered functions were great, and really liked the magnetic connector. BUT the part that screws into the pipe is all plastic. It lasted about a year, then completely snapped off. In the middle of a shower, which was fun. Also, this is not at all spot resistant. That I could live with, but for the price would have expected this to last longer.

Great pressure, easy install

Really happy with this shower head. It works great and the different spray settings are actually useful. Installation was super easy and quick. It is not really a water saver, but the pressure is strong and rinses shampoo and conditioner out fast which I love. Only downside is it is mostly plastic which I was not expecting, but it still feels like it should hold up fine.

Restricts water flow and poor switch

I bought this because it said 2.5gpm on the listing. After installing it has significantly less water pressure than our old showerhead. I examined the box and discovered it does NOT say this showerhead is 2.5 gpm, it says it "meets the 2.5gpm max" requirement. Based on my usage, it seems to be a 1.75 gpm showerhead. In less than 6 months…leaky showerhead

Purchased and installed sometime in November of last year and in early March the following year, we started noticing water splashing against our tile behind the shower head. Seemed like a decent purchase for a good price compared to others out on the market. It’s got a clean look and worked well (until it didn’t). Disappointed that the quality of material is just not there.

It is plastic, not metal if that really matters.

Nice shower head with several good spray pattern options. Easy to install and lightweight. The magnetic catch works really good.

Great addition to our new walk in shower

There really isn't anything not to like about this shower head. It was easy to install, it looks good, it works great and the magnetic attachment is super handy for personal use and for rinsing down walls and doors. If only the customer service from Lowes.com personnel was just as good.

Poor quality

This has been installed for 6 months. The push button that adjusts the flow has already quit working. I expected more from a Moen product.

Magnetic mount is great

Really like this. Low enough for my wife to reach the handle, easy to remove from the magnetic mount, high enough for me. Good flow and pressure. Had to add a couple of wraps of teflon tape to the pipe to get a perfect seal, but otherwise easy install.

Bad shower head. Don’t be fooled.

I have had this shower head for less than a year. It is already broken. The threaded ring that attaches to the water supply is cheap plastic and broke. Why? Because the cheap magnetic feature didn’t hold the shower head in place and it fell off the cradle, yanking down on the joint and cracked. Do not recommend this one at all. Any positive reviews are likely from people who just got it, like the appearance, but having had extended use yet. So don’t be fooled.

Found this item on sale for a great price. Checkout was easy.

Garbage...returned it.

I purchased two of them to upgrade bathroom shower heads in my new home. What a mistake! The piece that connects to the pipe is plastic and it was impossible to stop it from leaking. I tried everything including plumbers sealant tape. Bottomline it's poor quality. Moen needs to step-up.

The changeable settings are great options.

We really enjoy our new shower sprayer.
