What's included is wrong
The website lists pipe wrap (Teflon) tape as being included in the package. It is not included. Low rating because Lowes website doesn't match reality. Glad I checked before going to a relative's house to install, I will bring my own teflon tape.

Would RecommendSo far, it’s great! I’ve only had this shower head for a few days but we love it so far. I purchased this one because of my previous good experience with MOEN products. Installation was quick and easy. Not as fancy as some of the more expensive units but it works and does what it’s supposed to do and looks very nice.
