love the simplicity of this design

This was a re-install. I had issues with the first faucet due to hard water in the area. But I really like the simple lines of this faucet and the east of use.

Sprayer Issue

The sprayer does not shut off. Purchased less than 6 months ago.

Easy install - looks great! Everything included!

Just installed, looks great! Supply lines came with unit. Easy install - no surprises! Time will tell re: durability. Replaced my Delta - had to replace stem cartridges frequently.

Sprayer cracked

I think I have around a year. My sprayer is leaking were the connection to sprayer. The hose has a crack in. I have been trying customer service for over a week. No call back. Can't get ahold of anyone. Please respond for customer service.

Moen has been a great company to deal with. The previous faucet always would drip. That is why this new faucet is a replacement unit.

Rusted

Had about 5 years works great but mounting screws that hold faucet on sink rusted out and faucet came loose. Unable to find replacement kit.

Quick and easy install.

Basic model was a great value and still had the Moen quality. I loved the quick connect water lines already attached. The spray was also a simple connect and has a great spray pressure.

Much better than our old Moen we've had for years

water pressure flow is much better and more uniform. I learned it is good to follow directions. For example; It helps to install the sprayer before attaching water lines, turning on the water and testing (unless you want a nice shower). :) Installation is a snap.

I have installed many Moen faucets over the years. This was the easiest installation I have ever had.

A great product at a reasonable price

A great product at a reasonable price. We utilize the kitchen sink faucet and spray nozzle even though we have a dish washer.

Broken after 1 month use

I bought this to replace a faucet in my kitchen based on the Moen name and reputation. It was easy to install, seemed really nice and solid when it was installed. After about a month it started to have issues moving the spout from one side of the sink to the other. It felt like it was loosening up. I called and Moen was great about sending replacement parts, however, no allen wrench or hex key to take the faucet apart and no instructions. I had to search all over the internet to find the...

Easy Installation

I ordered this model to replace a Moen faucet I had over 17 years. I liked the design with the supply lines integrated into the faucet. No need to purchase supply lines separately. The overall installation took only about 10 minutes. It took me much longer to remove the old faucet. The new faucet works and looks great. Nice product!
