A couple design flaws but great otherwise

I love the style but the hoses aren’t quite long enough, so they’re very tight. It would be better if they had at least a few more inches each. Especially the pull-down hose. We almost couldn’t attach the cold hose due to the length. I also wish the faucet handle was reversed so down is cold and up is hot. That’s going to take some getting used to and a strict warning to anyone else who tries to turn it on, since I keep my hot water hotter than most.

Love My New Morn

My plumber installed my new kitchen faucet. It is fabulous.

We have the Brantford 7185SRS. The hose at the top of the Quick Connect Adapter is leaking. It is the compression ring. My husband has been unable to stop the leak trying a patch. Can we order just the Quick Connect Adapter?

Spray handle broke after two years

Not only us but two other neighbors that have the exact same problem and had to replace. What a nightmare when your new sink breaks. Do not recommend!

Moen For Life!

We had our older model Moen faucet break and that particular model was no longer available. Moen gave us a choice of several models to choose from to replace the damaged faucet. We chose the Brantford 7185ORB. The new faucet was sent to us and arrived in two days. We had a plumber install it and we are thrilled with the new look and functions of this new faucet.

Beautiful Faucet

This faucet was a replacement for a 23 year old one. It turned out to be so much prettier than I had thought. The quality is amazing. Very well made. I had wanted to install this myself after watching videos; however, the one that had to be removed first was too tight and hard to reach.

Broke after only 3 years

Very disappointing… The high/low pressure button stop working after only three years of use.

Excellent Product

Replaced an older faucet...the difference is fantastic. My wife loves the high arc design and waterflow.

Built in quick connect issue

There is leak coming from the "built-in quick connect" part of the hose. I can't find a replacement nor I can see a way how this can be fixed. Any help please?

Great quality and features!

Just replaced my 14 year old faucet with this one. Love everything about it so far. My plumber says Moen is the best.

1 year old and broke

Faucet's button for the water volume is broken. Only get higher volume. Very disappointed.

We just had this Moen kitchen faucet installed. Love it and expect it to be nothing but wonderful. Not sure why the prior homeowner bought that crap they left us.

Quick connect broke and water went everywhere

This faucet was installed when I bought my house new, as of yesterday not quite 6 years over those years we haven't had any issues with it until last night when the clip in the quick connect broke. But you can't just buy a replacement quick connect you gotta get the whole thing as I don't believe this particular disconnect comes off.

Looks nice but rusted right through

Brass tube with threads rusted right through and broke off under the counter.

Great features

I had a problem finding the model number and spent almost 1/2 hour and kept adding other numbers and finally found one! You should Mark specifically the model number on the box or somewhere easy to see!
