I really loved this faucet in the beginning, but like other reviewers, my sprayer has gradually started to only spray on the aggressive mode which splashes water everywhere and it won’t stay on the gentle spray mode. Spray wand only in spray mode

I bought this unit 3 years ago (registered online 05/28/23). The spray wand has been acting up from the beginning but now it cannot stay in Stream mode but immediately springs to Spray mode with high spray, which is extremely annoying. I had bought Moen before but looks like everything else, the quality goes down. Definitely would not recommend this product.

Hello, I just installed my new MOEN kitchen faucet, was disappointed for the price it had no written instructions to keep with my records, fortunately I found them online and printed, yes their is a code that you can use your phone for, but old school I like ready to read instruction to keep for my records if I ever need parts. Worse Mo

I have this Adler One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet installed in my kitchen not too long ago, but little water from the powerful rinse mode started with the aerated stream mode once I switched on the water about 2 months before Christmas. not compatible with portable dishwasher

DO NOT BUY THIS if you need to connect it to a portable diswasher. The hose end for the sprayer head is plastic and the threads are too wide for normal hardware used to attach to an aerator that the portable dishwasher has to connect to. So you have no options to connect. Otherwise, it was super easy to install, no leaks anywhere, looks great, works great, and great price point.

Breaks Down Relatively Quickly Unfortunately

Love the look of this faucet in matte black. However, after a year or so in our kitchen the faucet sprayer quit working ... Now it just sprays on high power all the time even when I just want to use the stream function. Sometimes it streams and sprays at the same time ... But the stream function no longer works on its own. That's a bummer, as the stream function is what we used 95% of the time. Photos attached.

Nice looking product but unreliable.

Purchased this faucet about two years ago and the sprayer button no longer works. The water sprays, even in the stream mode. The faucet worked as expected for the first year. The switch for spray/stream function started to malfunction gradually so it now goes to spray when water is turned on and cannot be switched to stream mode.

Bought the Adler One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet about a year ago, not kitty gets sick on spray and is super hard to switch over. Now I have to buy a new faucet....

It's okay, I guess.

I'm disappointed my plumber chose this model to install. I'm guessing it was chosen due to the lower cost compared to other Moen pulldown models. I like that it's on the smaller side, but not crazy about the low water flow. Also, I wish the spray mode would stay on spray mode after turning it off.

Love Moen, But Not This Feature!

We have always been impressed with the designs, solid construction and service of Moen. However, in the description of this faucet it is never mentioned that it is a 360º turning faucet. It turns freely beyond the safe, waterproof area of the sink enabling water to run on the counter area. I have no idea why this is in the design or an advantage of any faucet. Disappointed that aerator can’t be cleaned

Loved this faucet until it stuck on spray mode. I suspect the aerator needs to be cleaned but it appears from other comments that it can’t be cleaned or replaced. Extremely disappointing.

New faucet

It’s working great!! Love the spray option! We had a new sink and so a plumber put it in.
