Great fan/harsh light
Would Not RecommendWe just had this installed a few weeks ago. We haven't needed the fan yet but it seems like it's going to be very effective at cooling our bedroom. I also love the way it looks--the wood is beautiful and the design is elegant. However, we're not at all happy with the light fixture. It's very harsh and more like a spotlight. It doesn't effectively disperse light throughout the room. I wish we could change the bulb but the company said that's not possible. We'll deal with it since we don't use the...

Nice fan
Love the look of the fan and light output. Relatively easy install. Fans today are lighter weight than in years past. The only downside is the motor has a low level hum when running. The fan is in the bedroom so I hear it in the quiet hours of the night. I wonder if the hum is because the fan is run by the remote? Hard to say. Otherwise, I'm pleased.
