Would RecommendLike the bigger saw blade and the fact that it’s dual bevel. Ease of use. I also liked the price and delivery was great!

Fantastic saw
Works great. I love the slide design since it allows me to have the larger saw with a smaller footprint. No blade deflection, and easy to adjust. The only downside to me is the led light for the blade shadow doesn’t turn off, you have to unplug or add an inline on/off switch. That is only a minor inconvenience. I definitely recommend this saw, especially at this price point.

This saws awesome!
Would RecommendI couldn’t be more pleased with my new Metabo Miter saw. It’s well designed, well made and it performs great. It’s also very reasonably priced. You won’t go wrong by choosing this saw.

By far the best value in sliding miter saws
Would RecommendThis is a very well-designed sliding miter saw. The sliders are side mounted, which save space. Instead of a laser, it has a very accurate shadow line that's perfectly aligned, and the dust collection is first rate. The only downside is the lack of a switch to turn off the light, switchable power strips are cheap.

Good Value
Would RecommendI needed a larger miter saw to install some blinds in my house. I also have an older Hitachi 10” miter saw that I’ve had for years…it’s been a great saw, but it was time for an upgrade. This saw is amazing…fairly accurate out of the box-you may need to make some adjustments to true it up. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of Hitachi/Metabo tools. This saw is no exception. Thank you!

Great Addition
Would RecommendI am so happy that I up graded to this 12" miter saw. With the dual bevel and 12" slide. I can cut wide boards without a problem and do it easy and safely.

Dead on right out of the box
I bought this saw for the upcoming projects at the house, although heavy it does not disappoint. The saw is a little tough to slide until it's used a few times but otherwise it's been great.

I love this miter saw
Would RecommendI got this miter saw probably a year ago now. It is amazing. Cuts perfectly and in my experience there had been very little blade deflection when using the gliding action. Dust collection could be better but it is a miter saw so that is already tough. One thing that I would have liked to see was a switch or button to toggle the led light on/off. I remedied this small issue by wiring a switch up to the receptacle that the saw is plugged into and that seems to work out great. I most likely w...

Great Sliding Miter Saw
Would RecommendI bought this sliding compound miter saw because the slider was beside the saw blade instead of behind it. This design significantly reduces the front to back dimension of the saw, which reduces the clearance needed behind the saw by nearly a foot!

Great job site tool
Would RecommendAbout 2 yrs ago i bought a metabo impact driver on a whim. Within about 2 months I ended up changing platforms to Metabo (from dewalt) It wasn't because I was unhappy with dewalt, it was that Metabo was next level! When it came to replacing my mitre saw I gave this a go. Absolutely love it! The first day I used I was caught off guard by the power of it as a cordless and how easily it adjusts. It's easy to carry, accurate and overall my go to mitre saw. I have zero complaints about this or ...

Best Saw Ever
Would RecommendI debated long and hard about which saw to buy before I purchased this beast. It turns out that it was the best addition I made to my shop. Very accurate, sturdy and dependable. The cuts were dead on accurate right out of the box. I would HIGHLEY RECOMEND THE SAW! Thanks Metabo!

Excellent miter saw
Would RecommendBought this last year and it’s now the primary workhorse in my shop. Came dialed in and didn’t even have to square it up.

Excellent Saw, workhorse and powerful
Would RecommendDid a ton of research on 12" sliding miter saws, and I am so glad to have picked the Metabo HPT C12RSH3. Love how the rails are in the front, which makes it essentially zero clearance from the back. Set-up was easy, it's a beast and a little heavy so i recommend leaving stationary if possible. Was square out of the box, all I did was replace the stock blade with an 80T Finish blade and was up and running w/o issue.

Power switch is awkward.
Accurate and quality cuts. Awkward power and safety switch. The orientation of the handle in line with the blade and above it is awkward. Mine sits on a 33 inch bench, I have to reach up to 63 inches with my hand in a "karate chop" position then only moving my wrist, point down to get my hand around the power switch and find the safety on the other side with my thumb. I am 5'8". My Dewalt was only a couole inches lower, but hand is oriented palm down, much more ergonomic. It has a fixed rail t...

Good saw, 2 design issues
Would RecommendOverall a good saw. I choose it because of the fixed rail system which allows it to be closer to the wall than the one that the rails need rear clearance. I read reviews of it not sliding easily, I opened it before I left the store to check ease of movement. The configuration of the handle/safety/power switch is awkward. The grip seems excessively high. My 5'2" wife has to bring it down and reposition in order to make a cut. The power cord coming straight out of the back is inconsistent with be...

Would Recommendthe saw is square out the box and very well made the only issue I had was the sliding was very yanky I had to buy dry lubricant to help it glide better other than that the saw is great!
