Great deal and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this washer and dryer set, so far I love them. I'm still learning all the things but they're great!

Tub broke in less than 7 years

Today (6/18/22) our washer bit the dust. The tub assembly broke (see photo). Prior to today, it got the job done (good job cleaning clothes) but was loud (jet engine during spin up and spin down) and suffered from mildew on the washer bellow (rubber seal near door). I'm deducting 0.5 stars for the noise. Purchased from Lowes in August 2015. Died in June 2022. Lasted less than 7 years. Because it didn't even last to 7th year, I'm deducting 2.5 stars. The steam features is an welcomed delight, it gets the stains out so you don't have to throw those stained clothes into the rag bin. Love my maytag set..

Great item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only problem with this product is they should tell you the door opening ins not interchangeable. The unit has to be order left or right door opening. Best thing is it keeps your cloths fresh with the spin cycle.

Beyond my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has far exceeded all of my expectations. My clothes were visibly cleaner and brighter after the first wash with this new machine. Including my towels and rags we use for cleaning the house. This unit is replacing a standard top loader with an agitator and I was a little worried that this would not clean as well but it most definitely does. Choose this one. Buy it. You will not regret it.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use control panel as well as a good choice of wash cycles. I particularly like the ability to set up the wash load and it will start automatically at a later time. It goes without saying that the machine washes beautifully.

Love my new washer

Dead after one month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new, was delivered and installed. Worked great for 3 weeks then gave an error code F05 E02. A Maytag authorized service guy came over, said it was a door sensor and ordered the part. Two weeks later the part arrived to the service guy and he came back out and installed it. The machine still did not work. So the service guy said to return the machine to where I bought it. Service basically gave up. Maytag is garbage and I have a on...
