Great dog food for the price & available at local

We just transitioned our 6 year old cockapoo off of the green bag IAMS to this one due to her gaining a bit of weight. It was a smooth transition and we gradually made the full switch to this dog food. She has always tolerated IAMS dog food, and will be our go-to for her life!

IAMS food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always used IAMS for my pets, the packaging is clear and you get a good amount of dog food for what it’s worth! My dog loves the food, it doesn’t have a strong scent!

They love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls loved this food and especially with them getting older I want to make sure they’re eating the best they can. I’m not sure how effective it is because we were only gifted the smaller bag but I generally don’t overfeed my dogs.

Great food for a healthy and happy dog

I feel good knowing it’s made with real chicken and supports his muscles and metabolism. Definitely a great choice for keeping him happy and healthy!

They've always enjoyed the flavor, I think, and even our small puppy we just got enjoys it as well. Our big dogs had a small weight problem, nothing major, and since they've been on this diet, they've lost and maintained right where they should be. It's very affordable as well so it's great!

Healthy but contains corn

Dogs like it, firm poops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl Audrey will sometimes eat her sisters food and as a result is a bit chunky. Both of them like this food and Audrey loves it. The kibble is a bit bigger than I’d like for their small mouths but they manage. Audrey’s poops were often on the looser side and this food firmed them up which is a huge plus. I will continue mixing this with their usual brand.

Easy Transition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog was previously on the regular Iam’s dry dog food and the transition onto the Healthy Weight version has been easy. He doesn’t seem to notice a difference and didn’t experience any GI issues with the change. I am so glad he likes it just as much since he needs to lose a few pounds.

Recommended for senior dogs.

I consider it healthy for my dog to have, at times, some digestion issues when I change her food. This food did not get her any problems. But now that she had eaten half of the bag, it seemed that she got bored of its taste. I mixed it with some rice or chicken broth, and she loves it!

First Ingrdient Real Meat

The first ingredient was real chicken and this was from a trusted brand so was happy to feed it to them. Packaging had a good quality feeling to it and food limited smell compared to other brands. Great Choice for Our Rescue Dog!

Poor ingredients

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this Iams dogfood to review and donated it to a local shelter as it has pretty poor primary ingredients. The 3rd ingredient is corn, followed by whole grain sorghum and a byproduct meal. I don't feed these types of ingredients to my dog, especially in these large amounts. I always thought Iams was a decent brand, but this ingredient list states otherwise.
