What Customers Are Saying
The screen door grille is generally effective at protecting screens from pets and children, though the quality and fit can be inconsistent. Many find it sturdy and easy to install, but some report issues with the size not fitting standard 36-inch doors properly, leading to gaps. A few note problems with damage or crookedness, but most are satisfied with the grille's ability to prevent screen damage.

Excellent screen
Would RecommendI need to replace my pet screen on my screen door. The old one was likely 25 years old installed by the prior owner. This one was nearly identical and installation was a snap. The mounting screws came with the screen. I had the old one removed and the new one installed within 10 minutes. It seems quite sturdy.
Will have to see how it holds up to our dogs.
Would RecommendGood quality, easy to mount to our screen door.
This grille saves your screen door and your money.
Would RecommendThis screen door grille has saved my screen on my door from cats. Before I got this grille I had holes all over my screen. It was done by cats wanting out or wanting in. Now with this grille they don't stand a chance of getting in.
Tabs could be a bit wider for 36" door
I have a 36" door and it barely fits by a hair. I mean, I made it work but there is zero room for error when drilling the holes. Looking at my picture it looks like it's plenty wide but the holes were super close to the edge of the door frame. Looks great, it works-be careful drilling your holes.
no downside except cost
Would Recommendsimple fast solution to destruction by dogs i am fostering
Keeps My Dog From Running Through the Screen Door
I like the grate because it keeps my dog from running through the screen! It’s not too heavy, does not affect the movement/slidind of the door. ** The grate was too narrow to fit on my door. Had to hire a handyman to put little extensions on the 4 pieces that attach to the door.
