Not a easy as it looks

Bought this going on about 2 months now, I've the set up was done it was pretty easy to use with the app & the key, but still haven't figured out how to use the manual code. That option is easier said than done. It has a slight delay, when opening the app to use, but other than that it works great.

I purchased this lock two months ago. I absolutely love this lock. It was easy to install and well made. My family and I love the multiple options for access from facial recognition, pin, and phone. There is a one touch option to engage the lock when leaving. I have yet to use the actual key. I also like having two batteries to ensure the lock remains charged and available for use. Great Lock

I purchased my lock three years ago and I love it. The biometric fingerprint was a game changer. I also loved the feature to give temporary access codes. This feature was great when a family friend we contracted to remodel our bathroom needed access when we were not home. I have also been able to unlock and lock the door remotely using the app. Any trouble shooting issues I had I was able to call and get quick assistance.By far one of my best purchases. First off, 5 Stars. I have 4 lockly locks. All the same model, two different physical colors/finishes. This means that I have some ability to affirm reliability for this model particularly as 4 units of various time periods have been employed for greater than 2 years, going on 5 years now on the oldest. I own many rental units. It is handy for me to provide tenants with a lock that does not require a key. The fact that I am able to provide access with a fingerprint and or code is really appreciated by the tenants who don’t have to carry around keys. This lock is so good. Setting up is a breeze and works great. We are using the fingerprint access with confidence and no issues and I have already had to give out an access code for a trusted contractor to gain entry so that I did not have to organise someone to be there.to unlock the door. The only downside is that I wish that I didn't have to buy the wifi link to access the lock remotely and that the door handle did not stick out so far as we can't close the security screen door now.
