Idiot Engineering, Worse QC

The first one that shipped to our home had major knicks and dents. But the thing is just not well engineered AT ALL. Get a Blckstone instead. The grease trap pan does not sit flush, is always tipping at an angle. The chute to the grease trap has a stupidly thought out bend at the bottom that fills up with the smallest scraps, and clogs. Does not clear easily. The worst aspect is that if you have no power, it will not operate. After one year and a day, the so-called SmartTemp electronics died....

I would say look elsewhere.

This is not lowes fault. I ordered this grill on July 17th, 2024. Lowes wasn't able to build it because they were missing a part. That took 3 WEEKS to get in. I then received the grill which then didn't work as the power chord was bad. as of 9/4, I haven't been able to use my grill all summer and am still waiting another 2 week on the power chord. This has been an absolute waste of money. I would look for another supplier to buy from.

Had it delivered come to find out bottom piece was dented called loco to get a new piece with no hesitation Jamin with loco customer service did just thst and replaced it and had it sent out next day got it within 2 days that to me is a great company that stand by there product and has great customer service will buy more loco grills in future thanks

The griddle was delivered a couple days late. No big deal. However, the bottom of the box was soaking wet and practically falling out. The griddle top is not taking the seasoning well. And we plan to call Loco customer service. Overall, still up in the air on the Loco griddle and very disappointed in how the box was delivered to us.

Missing/damaged burner box, no support on Saturday

Have all the parts out to inventory before assembly and the burner box left burner is misformed and loose in the frame. A screw in the burner (back side) that is attached to a small bracket is half out and won't tighten. Dings and nicks in the finish.

I like that you can set a temperature for each side of the griddle and it seems to hold temp very well. It is very easy to clean.
