Would RecommendEasy one person install. Four new holes, molly bolts then attach the light on one side, two hangers come pre-installed - makes wiring and changing color temps a breeze. These look modern and clean and account for ceiling imperfections. Combine with a dimmer switch and the control over the light is incredible. No flickers or delays. Fantastic lights for the money
