Would RecommendLowe’s delivered the wrong item (basic mop head instead of this one with scrub pads). When using chat function to resolve, I was passed to 4 different agents and none had the authority to resolve their error. Do not trust Delivery. Only use pick up in store so you can verify the order before you pay, even if you live remotely like I do.

2 mop head disintegrate
Would Not RecommendI really like the first couple of times I use this mop head. It is very convenient. However, after about a month the mop head begins to disintegrate. I bought a new one in June and replaced it in July. Now, after a month vacation, the new mop head is disintegrating. Libman did send me a replacement mop head but good grief! Tissue paper lasts longer than these things

Would Not RecommendThis Libman mop head refill only lasted about 3 weeks. The original mop head that came with the mop lasted much longer. We have a 3-month old puppy, where we're still cleaning up occasional accidents, and this refill head disintegrated within a month.
