Horrible Delivery

Delivery people would not take door off refrigerator to get it by a space that was only 1/4 inch too small as they said it would scratch refrigerator so they told tenant to tell me to have conttractor take off the window sill to get it into the kitchen and then put the window sill back on. Delivery guys left it in the dining room and did not haul away the old refrigerator that I paid to have hauled away. Lazy, inept workers who give Lowes a bad name.

It's a good refrigerator so far - It's not fingerprint resistant though - it shows everything.

Major appliance does not match website description

The refrigerator delivered does not match the description. There are not 2 humidity controlled drawers, just one large one. It has the finger pull at the very bottom, so to open it you need to bend all the way down nearly to just 2 inches above the floor. There should also be a pantry door, a snack/deli drawer and a door alarm, but not on the delivered item. Lowe’s agreed that the item sent does not match the description on their website. As compensation they offered a gift card of $20. No way, ...

Sleek small space refrigerator with lots of room

This is a good size for a small space and is sleek and quiet

Poor delivery service.

They would not take out the old refrigerator because they said it was too big for the stairway. My son and I carried it down with no issues the next day. No effort at all by the delivery team.
