love the size and design

terrible service

The ice maker does not work properly. I was not informed that Lowes would not connect the fridge as I paid for. In fact the agent from the Destin store lied to me that I was informed of that fact AT THE DESTIN STORE! I have not been in the Lowes Destin store in over five years. I will attempt again to get you to fix the ice maker. I spent two hours on the phone and I do not have any confidence that the ice maker works properly. The entrie experience was sub standard!

Great Refrigerator

Bought in July 2022. The refrigerator works great! Not too noisy. I love it.

Four fridges all had damaged

I ordered the same product for 4 times, got delivered 4 times, all of them had damaged and they took it back before install it. One time may be acceptable but 4 times are not acceptable. Redeliver procedure was so slow and my credit card was charged for 4 fridges and refund process is also so slow.

Installers were knowledgeable, quick, and and friendly!! I am very happy with my new refrigerator..,thank you. Lowes !!

Lower Freezer Shelf Shatters

I bought one of these in November 2021. Last night I opened the freezer & the bottom shelf shattered. Now the drawer won't slide so if you replaced the shelf you couldn't use the drawer. If you use the drawer you can't have a shelf. Either way you lose storage space. From a larger piece you could see fine lines in it. It must have been weak & then just exploded. Whatever they are using for these shelves is a problem. Seems to be a design flaw & one I don't understand. Who puts something...

Unit not power on when plugged in

I purchase floor model since there was not another one in stock. Once I got it set up and waited the 24 hour period before plugging it into the outlet as instructed by Lowes customer service, the unit did not power on. I was going to return to store, but that would be an extra expense to me since I would have to rent a truck again. I elected to use the manufacturer warranty to see if unit could be repaired. LG came out, diagnosed the fuse on the circuit card was bad. New circuit card ordered. No...

So spacious!

We love this fridge. It’s so spacious and easy to organize. The cutout handles are weird to get used to but a benefit once you do. The whole unit is sleek and clean.

Does not produce enough ice.

I like the large volume and it appears to be working properly. However, the ice output is too low compared to the model I owned previously. I would rather have a full sized ice maker instead of one that "saves space" inside the door. I would not have purchased this model had I known ice production to be an issue.
