Very satisfied

I'll agree with all the suggested review topics. It's efficient no vibration I can hear upstairs or noise. I love the deep water selection. Most newer washers put barely any water into the drum so you think the laundry wasn't cleaned good enough. It has a larger capacity than my last washer which is definitely plus. My husband tends to do big loads at a time since he has all dark clothes. The cycles are about an hour except certain ones that require soaking or extra rinses. All over great produc...

Okay, but could be better

The clothes seem to get fairly clean, but there is no selection for towels. That seems pretty basic. There is only cold, medium or hot choices for water temp. This machine has limited selections for the price.

Hard to clean

Mold and dirt accumulated under the plate to the point where we had to hire an expert to clean it twice. Cost as much as the washer itself. Could not remove the plate to clean underneath. I might add that the dryer sensor has not worked properly to the point where it is not used. Also we have a LG refrigerator.

Waste of $$$$

Horrible washing machine ! Big waste of money! So disappointed! Does not clean, and soak is a joke! LG life is not good with this machine!

LG Washer Technology Is Garbage

DO NOT BUY THIS Machine! First load was folded clothes and they were all still folded when the cycle was finished. Does NOT clean anything. LG wash technology is garbage trash!

Not effective in washing

I really wanted to like this washer. I liked the lack of wifi/AI/tech components, I was looking for a simple, straightforward washer. I previously had an LG top loader that cleaned great but was 12 yrs old and because I was purchasing a new dryer, I figured let me also just get a new washer. The capacity size was also seemingly great. This washer does not load enough water for proper cleaning, but that issue was sort of resolved by selecting Deep Wash fill and Water Soak which adds extra water....

Doesn't fully clean and rinse a load

I've had this washer for over a year, and it's been a disappointment. I can't wash full loads because they will not get thoroughly rinsed. I have to wash smaller loads using deep wash. If I don't do that, clothing (especially dark athletic wear) will be covered in detergent, and I have to hand rinse items. I use only 1-2 tsp of HE detergent and have tried different brands to no avail. In addition, If I wash sheets, I usually find that the sheet on top is completely dry at the end of a load. I ha...

Great features - Clothing cleanliness: not so much

We have battled with this washer for a couple of years. It is a love hate relationship. We like the simplicity of it, but don't feel that our clothes get as clean as possible. We purchased all LG appliances for our home because of reviews and recommendations. The dryer, fridge, ovens, and cooktop are all great. This washer... not so much. Terrible Quality

Have had our top load LG washer for just over a year. The entire top lid is cracked rendering the machine unfunctional and LG considers "cosmetic". There are many reviews regarding this issue...I would avoid this machine at all costs.

Washer Review

The buttons on the face are upscale and will read a light touch versus having to press really hard. The washer is a bit noise than my last one which was only three years old. The part I don't care for is the clothes often come out wrinkled.

I purchased this machine 3 months ago for my wife's birthday

HORRIBLE!!!

Just Purchased in June of 2024 and has been horrible since! Unless you have it on DEEP TUB way, it will wash with a few inches of water! My clothes never smell good even when putting in 3 gain pods and softener ! Now, there’s a burning smell when the spin cycle comes on!!! So angry!

Great Washing Machine Recommend Highly

This washing machine is very quiet and cleans clothes well. Has a variety of settings that all work well. Seems like it is very efficient in both water and electricity use. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend this LG to anyone else based on the quality and price.

Spins Clothes Too Tight

I’ve had this washer since summer 2024 and have fought with it since I bought it. No matter what setting or spin cycle I put it on, it spins the clothes too tight and we have to steam every piece of clothing. If I choose nonsense clothes are too wet to dry. This is the worst washer I’ve ever had.

So dissatisfied

Bought the set in May 2024 , December the machine would stop mid cycle giving an E6 error code , called LG they sent a repair man out and he changed the clutch , next day still the same problem with an E6 error code . They are sending a different repair man and he’s saying it’s the clutch (it’s a new clutch ) next step is to speak with LG to resolve this problem once and for all .
