Flawed water filter housing

the water filter head is flaw, see youtube videos, I was able to change the filter a couple of times, now impossible. Repair is 400 dollars

broke down twice same issue just after one year

just after warranty, breaks down, twice. protection site down. cannot reach anyone. chat is worthless waste of time. food rotting again and could only get it reimbursed once

Nothing but problems!!

Purch 7/2023. Days after purch, not cooling. Fridge temps set @ -33, for actual temp 2 reg @ 40 degrees. Rplcd compressor w/NO change after, except H2O from disp tasted like oil. Then fan blew. No one would fix, even auth repair co's! After 1 mo w/out a working fridge & no one to fix, trashed on 8/2025. Lasted 2 yrs!!

Poor quality and design

Very disappointed with the quality of this refrigerator. We’ve owned this refrigerator for about 2.5 years. After a year, the light on the water dispenser went out. Frustrating, but not a big deal. Then about 6 months later, we opened the right side door, and all of a sudden something flew out at us. It was part of a plastic hinge, used on the bottom of the door. Which then caused the door not to close/seal properly. We had it fixed in January of this year, and tonight, not even 8 mont...

Condenser Fan Broke

Condenser fan motor broke after 3 years. My kitchenaid last at least 10 years before the fan broke. Very disappointing. Our first LG and most likely our last one.

poor quality build/parts. Never buy LG again!

First time owning an LG. Frig (lrfws2906v) is less than 2 years old. So far, evaporated fan has failed, and just noticed that the water dispenser LED has stopped working!!! Have NEVER had a refrigerator that has had this many defects in a very short lifespan!

Awful fridge

The fridge has went out several different times since we have had it. It now shows an error code of FF E. Of course the fan isn’t covered under warranty. I mean look at how many people the fans have went out on reading the reviews. Terrible product. I will never buy LG anything ever again. They want to charge you an arm and a leg just to fix it. Will be buying another brand, getting a new fridge instead!!!!

2 years and motor fails

About 2 years before the motors started failing. It's hard to believe just how poor the quality is. Our last refridge that we replaced with the LG is still running in the utility room. That's 17 and counting verses 2 years. Don't buy LG!

So far, perfect. Runs very quietly, holds temps exceptionally well, produces excellent ice and water ! Very nice fingerprint resistant stainless finish.

Trash, Do Not Buy LG

Absolute Trash, please do not buy this. Barely lasted for 2 years and now we have an unrepairable FF E error code

Broken already!

Spent a lot of time selecting a replacement for our 15 year old refrigerator, nothing wrong with it, just wanted an update. $1800 and 13 months later and the new fridge is broken. The part is not available to purchase and there are no instructions available anyway. LG customer service less than useless. They could "Call a technician for me for a fee".. So now we can't see when filling water cups and look forward to many years (LOL.. who am I kidding, maybe a few months at this rate) of a broken ...

Spacious!

I love this refrigerator! The size of the freezer is generous, which isn’t always the case. The top refrigerator is very spacious. During Hurricane Milton I was without power for five days. I had ice packs in the freezer and my refrigerator kept cool.

It keep’s everything cold and easy access to my things in the freezer. I especially like the slim design on the water given my so much space for all my condiments.

Efficient and sleek, but annoyingly noisey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient and sleek, but makes a horrible vibrating sound at the crisper drop level. Pressure on the sidewall will silence for a little while. It seems to be related to the compressor.
