Love my new Air Conditioner!!!

It’s working perfectly… so glad l purchased in May… June has been very hot 🥵 it has certainly kept our home cool!

Poor design of front panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran ok until the front panel hung from the cable. Now the unit works intermittently. It will be ok when I push or pull on the cable that goes from the removable front panel to the power unit. Reseating does no good. It will go ok then stop after a while then touch the cable and it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a problem with the new LG brand air conditioner...The front grill would not snap onto frame..the grill seemed to be1/8 in short and would not snap onto frame....LG was kind enough to send a new grill but the same problem exists...the grill does not snap in place...it is ok...the side that does not Snap in place will be held together with a piece of tape...So be it...We surely will not be purchasing any more LG any time soon!!!!!Thank yo...

Doesn't cool very well in a 300sq ft room.

Doesn't blow very hard, supposed to cool 450sq ft, but doesn't cool my 300sq ft room very well at all. Need to keep it at 73 or lower to feel any cool air. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Compressor went out

I bought this a month ago and just as the 30 day return ran out so did the compressor. I sent in a service request but over another month no contact. I’m furious

Sleepless nights....bad design

We are pleased with the unit. Except for the unit automatically checking the temp every 3 minutes. It's fine during the day but very annoying at night while trying to sleep. For that reason I gave it 1 star. Other than that it gets 4 stars I plan on using it for the duration of the summer and purchasing a new unit next year. It more than likely will not be an LG.
